Join us for our 30th Annual open house/sale to celebrate roses. We are opening up our nursery Wednesday through Saturday 8 am to 4pm for this year. Roses will be available for Online Purchase with the sale pricing starting at 8 am on Wednesday 4/19.

9:30 am – Scott Klittich
Scott always enjoys welcoming friends and Rose Lovers to the nursery. Join Scott for an informal question and answer time where he can help you grow the best roses. Meet at the big Sycamore by the Garden Shop.
10 am -Timmy Klittich, Production Manager
Join Timmy for a 1 mile walk through our nursery where you will learn about how we grow and maintain our roses. Meet at the big Sycamore tree next to our Garden Shop at 10:00. Tour duration is about 1 hour. Tour will end at The Garden.
11 am – Cindy Klittich, Garden Curator
Join Cindy for a walk through The Garden where she will explain the different design concepts and maintenance methods used. Meet at The Garden entrance.
Saturday, 4/22
Noon – Dani Hahn, Rose Story Farms
“Rose Garden designs for you!” Danielle is the owner of Rose Story Farms in Carpinteria, growing more than 40,000 rose bushes on site. She is a member of and consulting rosarian with the American Rose Society and recipient of the Great Rosarian of the World Award. She has been featured in Martha Stewart Living, the Wall Street Journal, Better Homes & Gardens, Veranda, and Victoria, and has appeared on Today. Dani’s newly released book “The Color of Roses” will be available for purchase and signing! Meet at The Garden patio.
1:30 – Dr. Danny Klittich, Entomologist
“What’s Buggin’ you?” Get up close views of the pests in your garden! Danny will help you identify your pests and the many ways to control them. Meet at The Garden patio.
