If you would like to set up a new Commercial/Wholesale account with us, please fill out our New Customer Information and a California Tax Resale Certificate, if applicable. Please email these to sales@ottoandsons.net and we will get you entered into our system. If you have questions on setting up an account please Contact Us.

• All orders are processed in the order in which they are received and are subject to availability.
• When ordering please provide your email so an Order Confirmation/Acknowledgment may be emailed to you.
• Orders for delivery need to be in by 10 am for delivery the next business day.
• Will Call/Pick up orders need to be 2 hours before pick up time.

We are open for you to pick up Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm. You may also arrange to come on Saturday between 8 am and 12 pm to pick up.

Please give us the order at least 2 hours before you would like to pick up so we can have your order ready.

All orders are subject to availability.

All orders will be C.O.D. upon delivery unless a prior account has been established. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Credit is available to established businesses based on the following terms:

1. All approved credit accounts are due and payable 30 days after the date of invoice.
2. Overdue accounts will be subject to a service charge of 2% per month or 24% per annum.
3. Otto & Sons Nursery retains the right to deny further credit on overdue accounts.

Non-Warranty

Otto & Sons Nursery will exercise care to have all merchandise true to name, and makes no further warranty, expressed or implied, as to the variety or production of any nursery stock sold. Under no circumstances will Otto & Sons Nursery be held liable for more than the invoice price at the time of purchase. No liability is assumed by the seller for the delay or failure to deliver as result of conditions and all instances beyond their control. If buyer does not accept the goods on these terms, they are to be returned to the seller immediately.

Claims

All claims for any reason must be made immediately upon receipt of goods. If an error has been made, please notify us promptly and we will make an adjustment. We do not guarantee the longevity of plants and will only accept returned goods for full credit when notified within 3 days after delivery.

Returned Stock

Accepted returned stock plants within 30 days of invoice or shipping date will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returned nursery stock will be accepted after 30 days. Plants removed from their pots or otherwise planted will not be accepted for return. All requests for Otto & Sons Nursery to pick up plants must be authorized by an Otto & Sons Nursery Sales Representative. Information needed for a pick up order to be issued includes the invoice number, the quantity, type, size of material to be picked up, and the reason the plants are to be returned. The drivers will not pick up plants without prior authorization. We charge the restocking fee because we quarantine the plants and treat them with a pesticide before they are returned back to our nursery to protect our nursery from invasive pests.

Plants delivered to Quarantined areas cannot be returned and the sale is final upon delivery
